Returns

Mightylicious provides refunds only for unsatisfactory products purchased directly from our website: mightylicious.com.  If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, you must return the product to the retailer (not to us) subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer’s refund policy. Mightylicious has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is unsatisfactory. If a product is deemed by Mightylicious to be unsatisfactory, Mightylicious will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment. Minor damage to packaging is not considered "unsatisfactory."

How long do I have to request a refund?

You have fourteen (14) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund.  After that, Mightylicious will not process a refund request.

How is my refund credited?

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment you used to purchase the product. Shipping charged will be included in any refund.
